What type of Appointment?

• Well Visit
  Well Child Visit that is routine such as the annual physical or bimonthly well baby visit.
• Consultations
  For allergy, behavioral, chronic conditions, concerns, general questioning, or sick children. These can be scheduled anywhere from one day to six weeks in advance. Check for open times here first.
• Vaccine visit
  Vaccine administration with no problems discussed. If you have problems to discuss, please schedule a consultation.
• New Patient Visit
  For the first visit only.
• Phone Consultation
  Phone Consultations are for those problems that can be handled without the presence of the patient, such as behavior problems, vaccine questions, anticipatory guidance for babies, nutrition questions, confirmation of correct therapy or second opinions. If the consultation requires more than 15 minutes, you will be asked to call back in the near future if there is another appointment following yours.
